Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-2100707991 2012-07-25 Suspected idle/orphan well candidate. GPS and pictures taken. Unit incapable of operation due to excessive vegetative growth. Three separate 1 lines came off the surface casing head, all had valves but I was unable to tell if they were in the open or closed positions. A 2 tubing line was closed. The 1 line that came out of the end of the sucker rods was diverted into a 1 plastic line that ran underground. A thousand gallon steel tank is less than 5 feet from the road. The tank was empty and there was no contamination noticed.
-687728159 2011-04-22 Well was noted to have no production records. No Id on tank or well. Status of well in question: records show well to be plugged and abandoned in 1956, however pump jack was still on site. Dates in our records are incorrect as well. Dates say: TD reached 10/1/56 and Plugged and abandoned 3/9/56.
