Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
609594921 2009-04-24 Inspection this day did not find well. Found 6 steel casing near a hump on the ground but no actual hole. Talked to pumper, Kevin, and he said no well here. Tank nearby had permit no. 60401 on it so they are claiming another well and calling it 60401. Many of their old wells they bought from Piersol are mis-labeled.
-839679760 2009-04-23 Inspection this day did not find well at this location, found 6 steel casing on ground, old hollowed out tree that may have been used for conductor, tank has good ID's, good dike. Kevin, pumper, says both wells going into tank are half way up the side of hill across the creek. They acquired these old wells from another operator that was using wrong permit number, on several wells and has been very confusing
