The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. I did not observe any signs of fluid or gas leaks. The lease road is in good condition. There is no ID at the wellhead. I will call Tim Reilly at Great Plains and ask him to put an ID placard at the wellhead. | ||||
