| 1238676399 | 2009-04-01 | My inspection this day found this well equipped with a pumping unit and motor, the valves were shut and the area was very overgrowth with mid-sized trees surrounding it. The tank battery has proper identification posted and the dike is in good condition. There is no chart in the gas meter. Available production records show production 2005 and 2006, but the well pumper had said it never produced because G_R has no outlet for the gas. I will issue a Notice of Violation as this well must be produced or plugged. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 4/30/10 - I spoke with Bill Grazzier and he said he is handling the sale of the well for/to the Wallaces (landowner). 1/20/12 - This well is producing and has been for a year. We are still waiting on the transfer and for Columbus to change status to to Producing (PR). | ||||

There is a gas leak on the back-pressure regulator on the annulus. There is no I.D. posted at the tank or at the well head. I spoke with Ryan Carper and he stated that he would have I.D. posted by the end of this week and that the gas leak would be repaired. I will check back next week to ensure that these activities have been done. | ||||
