-74326066 2014-01-13 I received a request from Dan Goins, Southwest region supervisor. Dan requested I determine the status of this well. The well is located in Swan township, Vinton county. The well consists of casing with a well head. The last production was reported in 1986. There is a 4 swage on the well head, the valves were open .There is no legible identification The well was not leaking oil or gas. There is plastic piping along with a drip. All the production equipment is in disrepair. The well needs to have a legible identification. The well needs to be put into production within 30 days or plugged within 120 days.
