INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1398960755 2014-05-01 I received a complaint that the 55 gallon drums used to blow off the drip for house gas were full and spilling out onto the ground. I met the landowner, David Dreher, at the site to look at the drums. I found that two of the three drums were empty and the third one was approximately 90% full. The fluid level was approximately 6 inches from the opening on the top of the drum. I found no evidence that the drums were currently leaking or that they had leaked recently. After discussing it with Mr. Dreher he admitted that they weren't actually leaking but he was worried that they would rust and leak in the future. I contacted Mark Fluharty to request that he remove the drums as to avoid any future problems.
1403873276 2014-06-27 This inspection correlates with complaint #4683. On the day of my inspection I found that the old rusted barrels at the drip had been removed and replaced with a new 55 gallon drum. I found no evidence of any contamination around the immediate area.
