1162990102 2006-11-02 An inspection of the well revealed wrond owner name on ID.
1408987571 2014-08-25 I returned to this well to check to see if the clay was still at the surface. The clay was still there so I informed Willard that he is able to cut the wellhead off and start reclaiming this location.
1456667602 2014-08-20 I was on location today to witness the plugging of this well. Willard will be using plugging clay to plug the well from the Berea to surface. He has rigged up on the well and is running his tools to find bottom. He tagged bottom at 1079ft. The 5.5 casing was left in the hole to protect the fresh water zone. The well will be left open to make sure the clay does not settle. If it does it will be topped off.
1900297438 2014-08-11 I met with Willard Burns to discuss when he would be plugging this well. He stated he would have a service rig in on the well within the next couple of weeks to plug it. Willard said he would contact me to let me know when he moves in on the well.
-2131449375 2014-02-03 I did an inspection on this well and found that the tubing and rods have been removed. There is just casing left in the well with a wellhead on it. I stopped at Willard Burns shop to see what he is doing to this well. He let me know that he had a rig on there to replace the casing but they could not pull it. He informed me that he is going to run a packer in the well to fix the casing. We talked about how to do it and he said he plans on doing it in the spring when the weather is better.
