-1595844095 2014-11-04 I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead plunger lift and battery are located on a short, shared farmstead driveway/access road from S. Madison Rd (SR 528). Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank and a separator. Fittings and connections at the battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. Secondary containment is present. Load-outs are bull-plugged. There is no identification at this unit. I notified Ed Butler at Broad Street about the deficiency.
