1407855052 2014-04-28 I was on location to perform a follow-up inspection to compliance notice #1996073828, which was issued in reference to Chief's Order 2014-43. My inspection found the valve leading to the flow line at the well open. The oil stained soil was still next to the brine tank. Half of the dike was completely weathered not meeting containment requirements. The flow line valves leading to and exiting the separator were open. The production chart inside the separator had a date of 4/23 with no year. The name of the well was on the production chart. Additional photos were taken of all the production equipment. The well was in production which was in non-compliance of Chief's order #2014-43. The well needs to be shut-in immediately.
-1996073828 2014-03-05 I was on location to check compliance to Chief's Order 2014-43. My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The valve leading to the flow line from the well was open. There was a domestic flow line coming off the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a heat, treated separator. The separator had the correct spacing. The identification sign was stenciled to the production tank. Half of the dike was completely weathered not meeting containment requirements. The flow line valves leading to and exiting the separator were open. There was a production chart inside the separator with no date. The lease road was in stable condition. Photos were taken of all the production equipment. A new dike must be properly built to meet containment requirements. The well was in production which was in non-compliance of Chief's order #2014-43. The well needs to be shut-in immediately.
224062229 2012-10-03 I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and no identification. There was no dike surrounding the tank battery. There was contaminated soil and gravel around both storage tanks. I took photos and emailed the compliance violations to Jamie Campbell the field supervisor for Big Sky. I will conduct follow-up inspection by 11/5/2012.
-517929107 2014-03-05 My inspection found the identification sign stenciled to the production tank per my request to properly post identification in reference to compliance notice number 224062229.

932502336 2014-03-21 I was on location to perform a follow-up inspection to compliance notice #1996073828, which was issued in reference to Chief's Order 2014-43. Since the snow has melted, I noticed oil stained soil next the brine tank. The separator had the correct spacing. The identification sign was stenciled to the production tank. Half of the dike was completely weathered not meeting containment requirements. The flow line valves leading to and exiting the separator were open. A new production chart was inside the separator with a date of 3/6. On the chart were double lines representing production. The lease road was in stable condition. Additional photos were taken of all the production equipment. A new dike must be properly built to meet containment requirements. The oil stained soil at the tank battery needs to be removed. The well was in production which was in non-compliance of Chief's order #2014-43. The well needs to be shut-in immediately.
