5609i182 2001-05-02 A inspection of the well site and tank battery revealed that there had been an oil spill from the well , it appears the stuffing box had leaked , company has cleaned up all the oily soils.
71123865 2004-06-15 An inspection of the well revealed oily soil around tanks, ID not complete, needs rewrote, dike wall low, does not meet SPCC requirements.
714048752 2011-02-22 FOLLOW UP TO NOV # -1311664821 Upon an inpection with Brent Bear, we found no motor on the pumpjack, and all valves closed. There was corrosion on the bottom of one of the two 100 bbl. tanks that showed a small amount of leakage. Tank needs to be repaired.
876308402 2014-05-12 Upon inspection, this well is now capable of production and appears to be producing. The gate valve on the 2.5 tubing is open and the pressure gauge on the tubing reads 30 p.s.i. The polish rod on the pumping unit shows signs of recent pumping. This satisfies the requirements of the compliance notice. Upon inspecting the tank battery, the northernmost 100 bbl. production tank has a slight leak from the bottom weld and is allowing small amounts of oil and brine to release into the containment dike. I contacted Hocking Hills Energy and notified them of the issue, and they stated that a well tender will fix the problem in short order.
-927301349 2014-06-04 Upon inspection, it was observed that the oily soil around the production tanks within the containment dike has been treated with oil absorbent material and gravel, but the leaky tank does not appear to have been repaired. I will check on this site again in a few weeks to see if the tank has been repaired and/or removed.
