1384354846 2013-11-12 The producing unit is being considered for transfer to exempted domestic use by the current landowner. The former production equipment has been removed. The wellhead is connected to a domestic supply and metering only. The former storage tank battery has been decommissioned. The wellhead and tank battery areas have been regraded. An empty 100-barrel tank remains to be removed. Field measurement indicates that there are no structures within 200 feet of the wellhead. I spoke with the landowner, Mr. Sommer, and he indicated that they are currently using the gas for domestic use, and wish to continue. He did not report any problems or complaints.
