-1759731577 2013-03-05 This is an inspection on a well listed as a temporary inactive 1 (I1). Well is still not producing. The tank is disconnected and there is a broken meter box adjacent to the battery. The line running from the tank uphill is disconnected at the drip. The wellhead also has a broken meter lying on the ground and the valves are all shut on the 4.5. G-R has been reporting zero production since 2000 and well has reported zero production since 1997. I called and talked to the well tender, Jordan, and he said he would call me back later that day. I have not received a return call. Operator must make well capable of production within 30 days; or plugging is required in 30 days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond. 3/6/2013: I talked with Jordan of G-R Contracting and he said he didn't even know of the well and will head out there to take a look at its condition. He is putting together a service rig schedule and hopes to get all of there non producing wells back into production starting this spring.
1808471004 2011-05-19 Inspection this day found well not in production. Has 2 sets of tanks, one down at road with good ID's, not hooked up, empty with good dike, and one up hill that is so overgrown that can't tell if hooked up, it also is empty. Well further up the hill with rabbit catcher, frac valve and all valves shut. Lease road very overgrown, as is well - no one has been to well in very long time. Last production submitted 1996. Old inspections indicate that was no outlet for the gas, plumbing indicates it supplied house gas some time in the past. Well needs ID's, gauge at well indicates 0# pressure.
203361860 2014-02-14 Compliance Action Follow-up -1759731577: The well is now owned by Huffman-Bowers and is currently not in production. I called their office and left a message with Rhonda in regards to the issues. 2/18/2014: I talked to Barry Bowers and he stated that he just had well transferred from G-R. He asked for 45 day extension in order to get the well cleaned up and back into production. He stated someone had installed a new gas regulator at the well and the landowners were getting house gas.
