-1002365641 2012-01-20 On site to witness testing of Blow Out Preventer (BOP). The blind and pipe rams were tested at @5000 PSI. The choke system and annular were tested at @3000 PSI. All systems passed their test. Once the stack test was completed they tested the casing seat at 1800 PSI for 30 minutes, with no decline in pressures.
102310481 2012-01-14 Received phone call from Glen Smith drilling consultant for drill site of encountering H2S gases during drilling operations, went to site and monitored gas at request of consultant and had high readings so decision was made to convert to fluid drilling for the remainder of this section of wellbore, they will cement casing in place within the next couple days and it was suggested that they monitor well site for any potential hazards and if any more H2S is detected call me and advise of level detected.

Note:5233' trip point and gas was noted@5140'-5190' with 330ppm according to Stragraph records.

2014824731 2013-01-30 Well is a producing with a large Christmas tree assembly. There are large 400 barrel production tanks and dike and identification are in place.
-423896489 2012-10-09 Jake Glasscock and I stopped in to look at well. There is a large production operation on the auxiliary pad. There are 8-400 barrel tanks with leak proof dike. Well is equipped with large Texas style Christmas tree of a well head. There are no violations on day of inspection.
