-1151378581 2015-01-04 Status check inspection n the current drilling process found Patterson Rig #332 on location drilling the 12.250 2nd intermediate well bore section at a depth of 6,579. The rig is down for repairs at the time of inspection and will TD this section at 7,073' once they are back up and running.
1154222273 2015-03-20 Status check inspection on the current drilling process and well bore gas influx issue found the current drilling depth to be 12,842' in the 8.750 horizontal wellbore section in the directional azimuth of 331.02 degrees with a true vertical depth of 8,183'. The well head blow out preventer is in the close position and the backside is also shut in due to Patterson Drilling rig 332 having the main rig circulating Kelly hose fail. The current annular pressure is 2,000 psi.
1210204780 2015-03-22 Status check inspection on the current drilling status found Patterson Drilling rig 332 on location with the current total measured depth drilled of 12,842' with the drilling assembly currently one drill stand off bottom and free. While conditioning the wellbore during a gas influx, circulation was lost due to a formation breakdown at the 9.625 casing shoe with 456 barrels of 15.5# oil based drilling mud being lost in the well bore. A 34 pound per barrel LCM mixture was added to the total mud volume. The company is currently awaiting additional drilling fluids before they pull the drill string out of the hole and set a 9.625 bridge plug @ 6,500' to isolate the wellbore formation in order to retest the well surface control equipment.
1409070954 2014-10-31 The said well was spudded on 10/28/14 by Rocky Mountain Drillings top hole rig. The company man called @ 6:10 am on 10/31/14 and reported they had been in solid bedrock for the last 14 hours and were unable to drill deeper than 87', I granted them permission to set the casing there. On 10/31/14 at 12:00 pm I arrived on location to witness the 26 conductor cement job with 90' of 102# weld connection pipe being set and cemented by Allied Cement Service using 560 sacks of class A-2% calcium .25 pps lcm with no cement returns to surface. We will wait on the cement to set up and pressure test the internal of the casing to verify the shoe is sealed, if the casing does not tests and takes fluid we will re cement the casing again, if it tests the casing shall be grouted on the annular side through a 1.250 solid string.
1414859531 2014-11-01 On site inspection to witness the 26 conductor hole cement top off job. On 10/31/2014 the conductor was cemented with no cement returns to surface. On this day the casing was pressure tested to verify the shoe was properly cemented, with no recorded pressure loss. The annular side of the casing was then grouted through 1 tubing set at 25' with cement verified to surface.
1415280599 2014-10-29 Status check inspection on the conductor borehole drilling progress found Rocky Mountain Drilling's top hole rig on the hole drilling the conductor borehole at 82' using a 32 diameter drill bit. The well pad site was built on a old mine quarry and the company man was informed that the conductor shall be set into bedrock. The freshwater was encountered at 9'.
1419592267 2014-12-26 Status check inspection and documentation of the recently set and cemented surface casing cement job. On 12/25/2014 358' of 18.625 surface casing was set and cemented to surface by Allied Cement services with good cement returns documented to surface. Patterson Drilling rig 332 is the rig on the hole and is currently preparing to drill out from under the surface casing.
1428529894 2015-04-08 Status check inspection on the drilling process found Patterson Drilling rig # 332 on the hole with the 8.750 well bore total measured depth reached on 04/03/2015 at 16,073'. The company is currently running the 5.5 production casing in the hole at a depth of 9,696' with the well control Blow Out Preventer in the close position and the company flaring gas through the well control choke valve with a annular 5.5 casing pressure currently of 1,700 psi. The company is attempting to circulate with 14.9# synthetic oil base mud with loss circulation material added also. The rig has been on the hole now for 45 days drilling the production borehole and has experienced high 3rd party gas influx to an extent the well has reportedly consumed over 5,000 bbl of drilling mud. No violations were noted on the day of my inspection.
1428718546 2015-04-10 04/10/2015 On site inspection to witness the 5.5 production long string cement job, Patterson Drilling rig 332 has drilled the production borehole to a measured depth of 16,073' and ran 16,058' of 5.5 production casing with the wellbore pressure now static prior to cementing with circulation established prior to cementing. CalFrac cement service is the cementing company on location running 80 bbl of 6% gel with 3 pound per barrel LCM and 40% open hole cement excess volume with a 1035 sack @ 15.2 ppg and 1.26 yield lead and 1860 sack @ 15.2 ppg and 1.84 tail cement mix ran. Circulation to surface was not established and the final lift pressure was 4,300 psi and the plug was bumped to 5,800 and the well shut in for 8 hrs as a precautionary measure. In conversation with Antero's drilling supervisor James Harvey the well shall be monitored for annular pressure and bond logged before stimulation begins.
-1695306942 2015-04-02 Status check inspection of the drilling process found Patterson rig #332 on location drilling the 8.750 production borehole at a current measured depth of 15,985' The company is currently circulation a gas influx out of the hole with 6619 units of 3rd party gas and a stand pipe pressure of 1300 psi, the drilling mud weight is 14.6# going in and 14.5# out of the well bore. The company is currently adding 10% lcm @ 20# pound per barrel measured weight. The Blow out Preventer is open and they are circulation out through their gas buster. TD will be 16,606'.
-492536927 2015-03-25 Status check on site inspection of the current drilling process. On this day I was accompanied by ODNR Regional Supervisor Brent Bear with the following found upon inspection. Patterson rig 332 is on location and due to recent well bore gas influx issues the drill string is out of the hole and the company has loaded the well bore to a static point with 15.3# drilling mud and set a 9.625 8,500 psi retrievable bridge plug at 6,500' and currently has Green's Energy Service on location pressure testing the Blow Out Preventer stack before drilling ahead.
655904196 2014-12-28 Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found Patterson drilling rig #332 on location drilling the 17.5 1st intermediate well bore section at a depth of 1,332' with a projected total depth to be drilled of 2,059' of this section.
-806283892 2015-03-24 My inspection today finds the drilling rig is currently reducing the drilling mud weight. Once the mud is at the proper weight the rig crew will pull the casing out of the hole in preparation for setting a wireline bridge plug in the 9.625 casing.
