-882986582 2007-11-26 Timco TD top of 1st plug at 1386'. Timco tried to shot at 1341' charge did not detonate. Pulled out of hole and corrected the problem. Ran charge back down the hole and shot at the wrong elevation of 1241' instead of 1341'. The casing did not come free due to the fact that the casing is 30' joints and the shot was exactly 100' above the target collar at 1341'. Timco shot a second time at 1253' and the casing came free. Set the Injun plug, Cow run plug, and a 200' to surface plug. 1253' of casing was removed from the well. Cement stayed at the surface.
-948017497 2007-03-12 Well has been damaged by logging operation for AEP's new land fill. A 1 nipple was broken off in a tee. This caused the line to leak badly.
