1064273100	2015-02-17		JH Hawk hauler was on location draining the brine from the tanks. The pumpjack was in operation when I arrived at the well. There are no issues to report at this time.
1375164381	2013-07-30		Witnessed 84' of 13 3/8 new 36 lb/ft conductor pipe with a 17' landing joint set in 90' of 17 1/2 borehole with 100 sacks Class A cement. 200 lb gel, 300 lb CaCl-, 40 lb cotton seed hulls. Circulation established. Good returns seen at the surface.
1375637824	2013-08-04		Aretex called me at 0700 hours, they informed me of the BOP test. The test was started at 1345 hours and finished at 1400 hours. The test pressure was 950 PSI. No loss in pressure, test passed.
1389206442	2014-01-08		Well does not yet meet preliminary restoration requirements, however the wellhead is hooked up to the separator and tanks. The valves at the wellhead are currently shut in. There are two 100 bbl tanks in a good dike. The area will have to be seeded in order to establish vegetative growth. I will come back in the spring to check location.
-1765193574	2014-04-18		The well is currently in production. Artex has completed installation of gas lines and there is a chart on the meter at the wellhead. They have switched out the 100bbl oil tank for a 210 bbl tank. There was an oil truck on location draining the oil from the new tank. The location still does not meet preliminary restoration. I will continue to monitor this well.
-2026166526	2014-09-30		The well is currently in production. There was a track hoe on location and it appears they are going to bury a 1 plastic line from the wellhead to the separator.
-454085381	2014-12-31		The operator has recently installed a pumpjack on the wellhead so the area around the well is not currently growing vegetation. There are now two 210 bbl tanks and one 100bbl tank in the dike. The well is currently in production.
-669436873	2013-07-31		Witnessed 690' of new 9 5/8 surface casing set in 740' of 12 1/4 borehole with 238 sacks Class A cement. Centralizers placed at 649' and 523', baffle set in casing at 648'. Guide shoe placed at 691 feet. Mix water tested and found to have 215 ppm Chloride content. Good returns seen at the surface. Casing pressure test administered and held 700 psi for 5 minutes with no loss.
