1060872596 Received report of lightning strike 5:30pm 8-8-2003. Arrived on scene 5:50pm, lightning had struck a 210 bbl tank igniting the oil. Tank was severely damaged but did not launch. Decker Well Service on site draining oil from tank. Watertown VFD had extinguished the fire, ESI pumpers had well shut in and were making arrangements for repair. No oil left the site. No violations at this time, no off site damages
