1390581734 2014-01-24 Compliance Action Follow-up -960558494: The well is still currently being used for house gas. I talked with Joe Altier and he said he sent the paperwork to the landowners. I then talked to the landowners and they had received the documents but were held up due to personal family reasons. They will contact Erica Freeman in Columbus and Joe to resolve all transfer of ownership issues.
1404161154 2014-06-30 Compliance Action Follow-up -960558494: I talked with Joe Altier and he stated that he thought the well had already been transferred to the landowners. He called the landowners and they stated they sent in the paperwork and never heard back. The well is still listed as being owned by Altier. -960558494 2013-09-12 Upon Inspection, I found a shut in gas well tied into a 1 domestic gas line. The well is currently not producing and gas according to the landowner. He stated that he owns the well because it came with the property. He stated that he needs to swab the well in order to get it to produce gas. I explained to him that the well is still owned by the operator. There are no tanks for this well. Operator must make well capable of production within 60 days; or plugging is required in 60 days. Operator must post legible identification and get production turned into the state. 9/20/2013: Joe Altier is signing well over to landowner for use as an exempt domestic well.
