1654035291 2014-12-11 I was on location to conduct a status check of this well. Review of records in RBDMS indicates the last reported commercial production was in 2006 for this well. The well is of plunger lift construction. The well is shut in with all wellhead valves closed. The flowline from the wellhead has been disconnected. The well is not fenced in but has four wooden posts surrounding it. The tank battery has a 210 BBL production tank, a 1500 gallon brine tank and a mechanical separator. The production tank valve has a bull plug. The 1500 gallon brine tank has some fluid and has holes in it near the bottom of the tank. It was observed that the fluid was leaking from the 1500 gallon brine tank. The chart in the meter box shows no production and the chart is faded and not legible. The tank battery is not fenced and overgrown with vegetation. The signage on the tank battery was illegible. The access gate was locked. The lease road is stable and drivable. The following needs completed by:

1) Drain and remove the old existing brine tank (Immediately) 2) Have vegetation removed from around the well head and from inside the tank battery (1-28-15) 3) Identification sign posted (1-12-15) 4) Well shall be plugged (6-27-15)
