1723732662 2011-12-08 My inspection this day found the service rig was pulled off of the well (has been on well for over one year). The pumping unit is operational, there is a current chart in the meter and proper identification is posted at the tank battery. The tank containment is in need of repair and the walls must be built up to the proper height.
265713053 2014-04-25 Alva Heiss called and stated that he and the landowner saw some possible brine contamination while they were excavating right behind the tank battery. When I arrived on location I had found no issues. They had buried the load line that Stonebridge uses for draining the tank when they were excavating. I talked to Rob Nutter and he stated that he has to dig the line back out and will work on improving the dike in the near future.
944466631 2006-03-31 A.D. not being used, well is equipped with pumping unit rods tubing and 2-100 bbl tanks and vault buried in ground, no violations noted on the day of my inspection.
