314284565 2015-05-12 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is now capable of production and is producing. There is a new gasoline motor on the pumping unit and the polish rod is shiny and lubricated, indicating recent pumping. A flow line is now plumbed back into the 2 tubing and leads to the 100 bbl production tank. The valve on the 1 gas escape tubing is in the closed position. The compliance notice dated 8/5/2014 can be closed out.
-604280475 2015-03-31 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is still shut in and is idle. No changes have been made to the well location since my last inspection on 8/5/2014. I will contact Mr. Leonard Hamilton and inquire about plans to service and produce or plug and abandon the well.

999694258 2014-08-05 Performed an inspection on this well in response to a landowner request. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is not capable of production. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over wooden conductor, 7 surface casing, and 2.375 production tubing. There is no motor on the pumping unit. The well is currently shut in. There is identification information posted at the well head and the 100 bbl production tank, but no API number is listed. According to RBDMS records, this well has never had production records submitted. This well needs to be plugged. The operator will have 180 days upon receipt of this notice to plug and abandon the well.
