Well appears to be in production at this time. Site is restored and vegetation has achieved greater than 70 % uniform coverage. The access road is in good condition ﾿ BMPs in place. Complainant stated that the access road impacted a spring on the property. No sign of a spring was detected. I spoke with the landowner on 9/21/09 and agreed to meet with her after a significant rain event. The Department requests the operator to pull the silt fence. |
