However, T&F stated in conversation that tag was on the well. According to my conversation with T&F, well tag will be checked again. No visible E&S concerns at the time of inspection. No IW discharge issues. Well head completed with 36", 13" and 4" flange with 4 gate valves with one valve in the off position. According to T&F, the well has been placed inoperable since March 2009 due to pipe line repair. Production equipment consisted of separator, heater, and two 100 bbl brine tanks. No well head pressure gauge present. DEP requested a telephone call when the well is placed back into production.
