2121581 2012-12-05 No Violations Noted On December 5, 2012, I stopped at CONSOL Energyï¾’s NV-58 site to check the site.

A Safety Plan was inside the mailbox, as was copies of each of the Well Permits. Additional E&S controls were installed since my last visit. E&S revisions were drawn into the siteï¾’s E&S plan and I initialed them. The run-off off channels were now rocked and coconut-fiber matting placed on the bare slopes. On the west side of the pad extra silt sox and silt fencing were placed on the steep hillside beside the west sediment trap. The site appears to be in good order.
