2020128 2011-11-16 No Violations Noted Desoto Rig 9. Follow up inspection as result of nearby water supply complaint. Currently at depth = 12784'. Drilling with SOBM. TD proposed = 13249'. Drillers log on site and up to date. Should be running 5 1.2" prod casing this weekend. And then skidding to 5H well. Drilled tophole on air. Drillers log shows conditions wet at 296'. Also Damp hole at 1040. Cement reports indicate good returns on cement for surface and intermediate casing strings. 20" set at 80', 13 3/8" set at 648', and 9 5/8" set at 1628'.
2126838 2012-12-18 No Violations Noted During the inspection I met with Tyler Parsons, Lead Flowhand of Rodï¾’s Production Services. He informed me flowback operations commenced on 12/11/12 and thus far (5,400) barrels of flowback fluid has been filtered. Currently, flowback is in progress, but the filter system is not is in use. The filtration equipment has been supplied by Tetra Technologies Inc.

I used an an Extech, ExStik (2) pH, Conductivity, Salinty and TDS meter to field screen several areas of ponded water on the secondary containment liner, the surface of the ground on the Well Pad and off the Well Pad. The highest conductivity reading I recorded was (2) milliSiemens/cm behind the frac tanks used as part of the flowback filtration. All other conductivity readings were below (1,000) microSiemens/cm. I observed some rips and tears in the liner in some areas, mainly near where the alternative waste management practice took place, some petroleum like sheens and (1) light tower that did not have a drip pan/catchment basin under it. I departed from the site at 12:50.
