Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
1770094 2009-02-10 No Violations Noted Site constructed drill rig moving onsite and setting up at the time of the inspection. Noted no accelerated erosion & sedimentation on the acess road or well-site at the time of the inspection. Spoke with operator representative Mike Cioffi concerning the site and recommended that the operator implement additional BMP's associated with the culvert placed adjacent to the well pad, and that the access road be monitored to insure that minimal amounts of sediment are generated and transported onto the township road and subsequently US Route 119 North.
