The Act 9 site ID sign is in place and legible. The E&S plan and PPC plan and well permits were on site in the mailbox. The access road to the site was in good shape. The site was guarded. Nabors Rig X08 was on site today drilling. I checked in with the DSM on site. There are no pits or sed traps at this site. All drill cuttings are being placed in containers. The area had good vegetative growth and cover. Recent disturbed areas were seeded and mulched. There was no accelerated erosion observed. Several truck loads of pipe were being delivered today. |
