There was a Act 9 site ID sign at the entrance that contained the emergency contact numbers. The access road into the pad site has been maintained and was in good shape. There were two tanks on the site and both were located inside containment. The separator on site was inside the containment area also. A heater unit was on site and it was located outside of containment. No leaks were observed. The equipment and tanks on site looked to be in good shape. The well head was labeled and is now located inside a permanent chain link fence enclosure.
