Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
1960538 2011-03-17 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well tag present. Well appears to be in production. According to records this well was completed on 03/13/2009 to depth of 3,585ft. Observed gathering lines extending from well to meter box at access road entrance, since lines travel near pond department recommends operator closely monitor/maintain line to prevent a possible pollution event. Site and access road have been adequately and uniformly (permanently) restored; therefore, operator may remove filter fence from perimeter of site. Brine tank appears sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted during inspection. Well site gated.
