1943614 2011-01-19 No Violations Noted Drilling and stimulation appeared to have been completed and the well was flowing back into the above grade frac pit. E&S controls implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Drill pit and frac pit both had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Operator should continue to monitor the erosion controls until site reclamation activities are completed.
1950036 2011-02-15 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had not been final graded. Contacted operator representative Mark Hopkins regarding an area of silt fencing which had been compromised. Mr. Hopkins was to evaluate the site on 02/15/11. On 02/16/11 Mr. Hopkins contacted WQS Higgins and informed him that the compromised area was a result of improper fence installation after pipeline work. Mr. Hopkins stated that the silt fencing would be addressed this morning.
2082464 2012-07-11 No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation at the time of the inspection.
