Drill pit was lined and had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. All site and access road erosion controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. Access road required maintenance to regrade and subsequently rerock the rock construction entrance.

Drill pit located onsite and it contained drill cuttings and minimal fluids, which were frozen. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation related to the access road or well-site. Access road had been regraded and temporarily stabilized with rock until well develoopment activities are completed, when the access road will once again be regraded and finshed with rock.
