1361364351 2013-02-20 Inspection of the well head found the following equipment present-4.5 production casing-1.5 tubing. Inspector will note that the tubing is not hooked up and that the well is set up to produce gas off the 4.5 only. A single 100 barrel tank is present with a gas sales meter that has a current sales chart .
1396881429 2014-04-07 Status check inspection of the tank battery. On this day while traveling East on Monroe County road 39 a strong smell of gas was present in the air and upon inspection of the tank battery I observed the 2 gas sales line had been broken off at the meter run. I will note that the area id being used as a recreational atv park and this is the 3rd time that the production equipment has been damaged. Bill Arnholt with Northwood Energy was notified at 9:10 am this morning of the gas leak.
