-1502705901 2014-06-12 Visited location on 06/12/2014 with Jeff Fry for a status update inspection at the request of Gene Chini. The well consists of an approximately 8" collar sticking up out of the ground approximately 6-8" with a rock placed on top. Fluid level within the well is approximately 30-40' from ground level. GPS coordinates and pictures were taken to update the well file.
137093278 2014-08-07 Inspector Allie Sherwood and myself inspected this well at the request of Gene Chini. Previous inspection of 06-12-14 we were unable to locate well due to high weeds. This date located well with the metal detector. Well has 7" casing open at ground level with 2" tubing down inside of it. Fluid level appears to be approximately ten feet down. This well is approximately ten feet east of P# 61861. I took six photos.
