-1430981598 2014-06-04 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100bbl tanks, a 30bbl brine tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Honeywell rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by natural gas all valves were closed at the wellhead. Salesline has not been installed. Well identification was present and the site passed preliminary restoration.
1366794935 2013-04-24 On the day of my field inspection I witnessed the rig crew for G and L Drilling running the last four joints of new seven inch surface casing in the hole to a depth of 1084', then witnessed Formation Cementing circulate the hole with water, then ran 180 sacks of class A cement with a weight of 15.2 and a yield of 1.26, the surface casing had good cement returns.
