1309347407 2011-06-22 I received a call from Marlene Hall of the Uniontown office about a complaint of a oil spill at 5159 State route 82. Mr. Santo Piazzo(330-274-8947). I arrived at the house 45 minutes later. I had called Enervest,Joe Teppirt (330-323-9383). One of his pumpers will meet me at the house. Enervest has their sales line tying into the East Ohio main gas line 100 feet to the west of the house. No production lines other than East Ohio runs in front of the residence. I called the 800 number of East Ohio and had them check the line. They arrived and found no gas leaks. The main East Ohio line goes under where the spill occurred. I could not find any oil smell or any oil related spill. The grass was dead around the area. I told Mr. Piazzo that I could not find any oil related spill in his yard. 6/27/11 Bob Worstall was called to the same residence about the same thing. He had Enervest out and tested the ground for gas. No signs of a gas leak. Bob mixed water with the soil and checked for chlorides with a Qauntab. No signs of Chlorides. This case is resolved.
