-479053344 2004-10-07 Request by landowner Dallas Ziegler to check 2 wells located in farm field. Field is on Tank Farm Road and is adjacent to BP Oil property which has large storage/distribution tanks. There are 2 pipelines crossing the field. Landowner noted oil in field and contacted BP Oil. A backhoe was brought in to excavate to check if there was a leak from the pipeline or tanks. An old wooden casing was found approximately 2 feet below the ground. A vac truck removed oil from the site and a 16 inch pipe was installed to contain discharge from the well.
1244482076 2009-06-08 Well site has not yet had final restoration completed. Spoke to Bob Harpster and landowner Dallas Ziegler by phone. Bob is waiting for OK from landowner to complete work and is waiting on documentation of another I&O well located in the field before discing access road to wells.
158915228 2009-05-20 Received call from Bob Harpster about problem with circulation on well. This well had wood casing at the surface. In an attempt to control well, PVC pipe was pushed inside of the wood casing and cemented on the outside.
