1403014576 2014-05-19 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a shackle line run pumpjack. The well has 8.25" casing, 6.25" casing, 2.375" tubing, and rods. The well is produced into a tank battery containing two 100 BBL production tanks and a horizontal 100 BBL production tank. There is no identification on the well or the tank battery. The well is one of 15 Berea wells being produced into the same tank battery. The well will be submitted to the orphan well program.
1566579370 2006-03-13 Inspected this date to verify the permit number with the GPS coordinates. The tank battery is shared with 14 other Berea wells and consists of 1-100 bbl tank, 1-75 bbl tank and 1-25 bbl tank. There is no identification posted at the wellhead or tank battery, the well is idle and there is no bond.
