-1670919244 2011-03-08 NOV is closed. ID sign is posted and is valid. Pump jack motor line needs replaced or repaired, line was leaking in two locations. Two portable heaters were in the tank battery, neither were in use. Pipe and rubber lines were in the battery under water. Closed valve to the pump jack motor and called pumper Dallas White and left message regarding needed work; repair fuel line, remove debris. Lease road was open. Identification sign was valid.
1294068269 2011-01-03 Middlefield Fire Department contacted me on 01/02/2011 at 9:29pm regarding fire at well. Per the fire Department the fire was out and they were comfortable with the situation. Informed FD, I would be on site in the morning unless needed. There was a fire at the back of the pump jack motor. Operator had the fuel line in close proximity to the muffler, directly behind the muffler within one foot. The fuel line appears to have caused the fire. Fuel line from the low pressure regulator to the motor was burnt. Spark plug wire on the motor, the casing had burnt off of it. Area approximately one foot by one foot on the ground was burnt. No other damage noted. Pictures taken and will be on file. Dallas White, pumper for Oxford arrived on site. Advised Dallas to run the new fuel line so that it is not near the muffler. One 100 Bbl and one 210 Bbl tank in the battery. Separator was mechanical. There was a portable heater in the 210, not in use at the time of inspection. Reminded Dallas that staff has to be on site at all times when portable heater is in use. Dike has weathered down. There is a cut in the dike, east side/ center that allows water to flow out of the dike. Dike is not sufficient to contain brine or oil if a spill was to happen in the battery. Identification sign is not correct. Identification sign is wrote in black on the tanks, emergency number, company name and well name is written on the tank, permit number is not on the tank. Well does not have it's own individual permit sign, the #1 and #2 are produced into the tank battery. Identification sign needs correct. Identification sign needs posted on well. Dike needs repaired. 9-9-05(A)10
