1898728392 2014-07-09 Inspected production well on 07/09/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. A small fluid leak was noted at the bottom plug of the front tank that will need to be repaired and cleaned up. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gas-powered motor. A small amount of paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead, as well as a very small fluid leak at the connections at the left side of the wellhead that will need to be cleaned up. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
