1012179562 2012-04-25 On 4/25/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank with the proper identification posted, one buried concrete brine tank, and a separator. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition and there are no violations at this time.
1571834861 2009-02-12 I performed a random field inspection. The tank battery and the wellhead were GPS'd. I continued to walk around the tank battery and the well and found both to be in good shape. The ID signs were posted. I found no violations at this time.
