1072185467 2003-12-09 Joint inspection with Jeff Fry ODNR and Tom, Dave, Bill Atha owner of permit. At previous inspection notice air bubbles in water covering plug well. Jeff baled water from hole air coming from outside of surface casing. Jeff recommended to place PVC pipe in hole before covering well with topsoil, so gas could vent in the air, and it would mark well location for the farmer when working in the field.
