636253669 2012-08-28 On 8/28/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. This well shares a lease road and tank battery with permit number 2-3016. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition and located approximately 0.35 miles north of the tank battery. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence and contained two 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one buried concrete brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification posted. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.
