1049118765 2003-03-27 NOV follow up inspection for a flowline leak. The leak was repaired on 03/22 by Wade Pol Contracting. The spill was confined to the immediate area adjacent to the wellhead and is being remediated by Wade Pol under contract to Great Lakes. The impact to the nearby pond appears to be negligible. The same pond was impacted by the Equitable flowline release from the Graham #3 well (P-2037) in 2002, which is still active.
1823278336 2003-05-07 The flowline has been replaced. The area still needs to be reclaimed.
1877137779 2003-03-21 While checking the pond impact associated with the Graham #3 spill (P-2037), I noticed free oil adjacent to the Craig #1 pump jack. I asked Wade Pol to determine if the oil was from the Graham spill or from the Craig well. He found that the flowline from the Craig well was leaking. He then notified Great Lakes, shut the well in, placed booms between the well and the pond and arranged for equipment to repair the leak. 9-1-07
976048987 2003-07-15 The violation has been corrected.
