1311698608 2011-07-19 Producing well w/ grasshopper pump jack ran by shackle rods from nearby powerhouse located across SR 105 to south along w/ small laydown tank. Separator on tank disconnected so all brine and oil headed to same tank. ID posted but wrong county code. Talked w/ operator, said they will fix signs promptly.
