2029500322 2008-02-12 Inspection this day found well with old scissor jack, 1" black plastic coming from it - gas odor leaking from well, very close to the county road - may have never been under flood water, unlike the rest of them. Pumped from old central power that has fallen down, wells produced into the 1970's - Cow Run - will have to be plugged someday - reportedly, owner has had several chances to get rid of them and turned them down.
