575412503 2013-10-15 The leaking tank previously noted in the battery has been replaced with a newer tank. The remote pump jack requires an ID placard. Broad Street has been advised about the issue.
949139209 2013-06-18 The producing unit consists of a wellhead with pump jack and storage tank battery. The wellhead and battery are in chain-link enclosures. There is no proper ID at the wellhead which is located remote from the battery. The battery is comprised of two above-ground storage tanks (ASTs), 1 210 barrel, 1 100 barrel, and a mechanical separator. Both of the tanks are deteriorated significantly and failing at the bottom. The gravel material surrounding the tanks is saturated with free-phase oil. I contacted Ed Butler and advised that some remediation will be necessary. He indicated that they would evaluate and begin mitigation within the next two weeks.
