-576559681 | 2012-10-03 | I received a phone call from Dean Hettinger (740-502-2859) requesting an inspection of wells on his family property. On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a plunger lift system and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank and one separator. There were no leaks or spills around the tank battery and proper identification was posted. There was a 3' to 4' diameter circle of contaminated soil under the solvent tank next to the well head. The contaminated soil needs to be cleaned up. There was a pvc drain through the wall of the dike. This drain must either be removed, capped or equipped with a valve. | 9-1-07 | |||
