-1295222608 2012-11-29 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery had a dike capable of meeting containment requirements. The proper identification sign was posted on the tank. It contained one, 100 barrel production tank and a separator. The lease road was in good working condition with approximately 1" to 2" of water flowing over it to a small stream. The water cam from a Beaver dam. There was a locked gate at the entrance and shared with permit numbers 2-3786, 2-3785, and 2-0703. I noticed no visible spills or leaks at the tank battery or well head. There are no violations at this time.
