-750848350 2014-07-09 Inspected production well on 07/09/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 2-horizontal separators located within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within an open wooden privacy fence. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within an open wooden privacy fence. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. A small amount of paraffin was noted in the area immediately around the wellhead that will need to be cleaned up. Ralph Gregory with G & O Resources was notified of this issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
