-1566048346 2012-09-20 I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a pumping unit that was in good condition and located east of the tank battery. The tank battery contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and no identification posted. This well shares a lease road and tank battery with permit number 2-0797. I was told by Vanguard that they were in the progress of installing new signs. I will conduct a follow-up inspection by 10/3/2012.
